-sample the current ( or potential difference) at tiny intervals of time

-add up the squares

-divide by the nambers of samples

-take the square root of that numbers

-The RMS alternate current is the equivalent valou of the continuous current that makes the same work. equal potency.

What is the real value or real photography of the signal ?

                                 Peak value- the voltage value at the highest point of the signal

peak to peak voltage- the measure of the voltage from yhe highst peak to the lowest peak of the signal.
